Pamela Duxbury

Morgan Rubenacker and Pamela Duxbury have joined the staff of The Builders Alliance.

Rubenacker was named marketing director. She recently relocated to Reno from Illinois and previously was worked in fundraising and recruiting for Boy Scouts of America for the past three years.

Rubenacker earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Western Illinois University.

Duxbury was named outreach coordinator for the organization. She previously worked in the advertising and marketing industries and is past president and founding member of the Sierra Nevada Chapter of National Charity League.

Duxbury earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Nevada, Reno.
