Nevada royalties acquired

Americas Bullion Royalty Corp. of Hayden, Idaho, acquired royalty interests in three Nevada mining properties from Atna Resource Inc. of Golden, Colo.

The royalties include a 1.5 percent interest in Wolfpack Gold’s Adelaide and Tuscarora properties in Humboldt and Elko counties and a 3 percent interest in Meadow Bay Gold’s Atlanta project in Lincoln County.

Americas Bullion paid $120,000 to Atna for a package that included the three Nevada royalty interests as well as royalty interests on properties in British Columbia and Chile.
