The Reno office of Voit Real Estate Services has been selected by Northwestern Mutual to provide property management and repositioning services for two portfolios totaling more than 2 million square feet in the Reno-Sparks market.
The portfolios include a 1.3-million square-foot group of 13 buildings in Sparks that are 89 percent occupied and two properties on Maestro Drive in Reno. The 719,419 -square-foot, two-building Reno portfolio is 98 percet occupied.
