Joe Cacioppo has been named principal for Resource Concepts Inc., while Tim Russell, Jeremy Drew and Lynn Zonge have joined the board of directors of the company.
John McLain has also been named principal emeritus of the firm.
Cacioppo has been with RCI since 1998. He has more than 20 years of experience in residential, commercial and industrial planning permitting design and construction management.
Cacioppo is a veteran of the United State Army.
Russell has worked for RCI since 2005. He serves as district engineer for the Indian Hills GID, town engineer for the Town of Genoa, assistant town engineer for the Town of Minden and manger for the Minden Gardnerville Sanitation District.
Drew has also been with RCI since 2005. He has served as project manager for some of RCI’s largest natural resource clients.
Zone has been with RCI since 1999. She has more than 20 years of experience in environmental permitting, watershed analysis, as well as open space and river recreational planning.
