Royal Standard’s exit

Royal Standard Minerals Inc. of Toronto said it signed a binding term sheet to sell its remaining mining properties in Nevada to American Innovative Minerals LLC of Helena, Mont.

The properties include the 1,446-acre Dixie Comstock prospect in Churchill County and the 2,960-acre Fondaway Canyon prospect along the west side of the Stillwater Range some 40 miles southeast of Reno.

Royal Standard said that American Innovative Minerals will pay $144,000 at closing, which is scheduled for August 9.
