Shakka Moore has been named the executive chef of chez louie inside the Nevada Museum of Art.
Moore most recently executive chef and general manager of The Grove at South Creek. He also was executive sous chef at the Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe / The Lone Eagle Grille, and executive chef and food and beverage director at Arrow Creek Country Club.
