Shaun Smith has been hired as vice president of Black Eagle Consulting, Inc., a geotechnical and construction services firm.
Smith has more than 18 years experience in civil engineering in Nevada and California.
He was recognized as Young Engineer of the Year by the American Society of Civil Engineers, Truckee Meadows Branch.
Smith graduated with a bachelor’s of science degree in engineering science from the Montana Tech of the University of Montana.
