Shelia Poco

Shelia Poco has been named as market manager for Northern Nevada Medical Group.

Poco has 20 years of experience in healthcare including physician practice development as well as clinical and operations management. She previously worked as chief operating officer for DoctorsXL, where she also served as their director of practice management. She also worked in dialysis and as a nurse and emergency room technician for NNMC.

Poco earned her bachelor’s of science degree in psychology and nursing from the University of Nevada, Reno and obtained her certification in executive leadership for healthcare professionals from Cornell University.
