Shelly Dunbar

Shelly Dunbar has been hired as vice president and business development officer Nevada State Bank’s northern Nevada region.

She will work out of the NSB’s W. Liberty Street branch.

Dunbar, who has several years of commercial real estate experience, previously worked for CommCap Advisors, Northcap Commercial, and the PENTA Building Group.

She has also served on the management committee for Urban Land Institute Nevada.

She earned a bachelor’s of science degree in finance with a minor in marketing from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Dunbar is a 2011 graduate of the Las Vegas Metro Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Las Vegas and a graduate of NAIOP’s Developing Leaders Institute.
