Stephen Sabol has been hired as director of beverage operations at JA Nugget.
Sabol previously directed beverage operations for Turning Stone Resort Casino in New York. He has also served as director of operations for restaurant, bar and nightclub developers in Toronto, Canada and Scottsdale, Ariz.
Sabol graduated from the University of Toronto.
