Susan Chauncy has been promoted to chief executive officer of InsideValuation, a Reno-based provider of commercial and residential valuation solutions.
Chauncy succeeds John Calhoun who will become chief financial officer and continue as a managing partner.
Chauncy, who will remain a managing partner, previously was chief operating officer of the company.
