Tasha Courtney has been hired as marketing and special projects coordinator for the Reno-Sparks Convention and Visitors Authority.
Courtney previously spent more than four years with The Great Reno Balloon Race, managing event logistics and coordinated other activities associated with the event.
She earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Nevada, Reno.
