USG Nevada LLC, a subsidiary of U.S. Geothermal of Boise, entered into a 25-year project loan agreement with Prudential Capital Group for its 9 megawatt San Emidio geothermal power plant in northwestern Washoe County. Prudential Capital Group will provide $30.74 million to USG Nevada so it can repay its original $25 million construction loan, fund project reserves, and for general working capital.
