Neoma Jardon

Neoma Jardon, a Reno City Councilmember, will be presented with the 2016 Nevada Chapter DeBoer Award for Distinguished Leadership, Elected Official.

Jardon is the only elected official statewide to receive the award. She was presented the award by Andy Durling, President of the Nevada Chapter of the American Planning Association, during the Oct. 26 Reno City Council and Redevelopment Agency Board meeting.
