Eagle Valley Farms, 1801 E. William St., Suite 18, 99 points. The alarm unit for coolers wasn’t functional.
Tomo Sushi & Grill, 135 Clearview Drive, Suite 124, 99 points. Two freezers that weren’t approved for commercial use were being used.
Subway, 100 W. Winnie Lane, 97 points. A certified food handler wasn’t on duty.
China East, 1810 Highway 50 E., 96 points. Food from an approved source wasn’t labeled as required. Food was found at 50 degrees. Floors weren’t clean.
Ming’s Restaurant, restaurant, 2330 S. Carson St., 96 points. Food wasn’t being prepared with minimal manual contact. Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment and utensils weren’t clean. A children’s play table and chair were found in a food-service area of the restaurant.
Heidi’s Family Restaurant, 1020 N. Carson St., 95 points. Chlorine residual was missing from the final rinse cycle of the low-temperature dishwasher. Cracks were found in the kitchen ceiling.
The Union, bar, 302 N. Carson St., 95 points. The hand-washing sink was being used to dump food and drinks.

Cloths used on food-contact surfaces weren’t clean, didn’t contain sanitizer residual, or weren’t being used properly. Sanitizer buckets weren’t set up in the main kitchen. Floors weren’t clean.
