The Village South, a three-story, 243 unit apartment complex located at 850 Arrowcreek Parkway in South Reno, is nearing completion.
The gated community features six apartment and townhome floorplans with well-appointed kitchens, elegant master suites with walk-in closets, in-home washer and dryer, and spacious balconies or patios to take in the gorgeous city and mountain views and each unit comes with its own private garage. The complex features resort-style amenities, such as a fitness center and yoga studio, a heated pool and spa, multiple outdoor kitchens, fire pits and entertainment spaces.
