Val Perry, Cathleen Casino, Kili Ongoy, and Debra Simons have joined the real estate offices of Chase International in Northern Nevada and California as agents.
Perry will work out of Chase’s Reno office.
Perry has extensive experience in real estate finance, having earned her real estate license at age 19. She has also worked in mortgage lending and mortgage banking industries.
Casino will work out of Chase’s Sparks office.
She has previous experience working in real estate and also has served as a nurse’s aid.
Casino is also involved in the Women’s Council of Realtors.
Ongoy will work out of the South Lake Tahoe office and has previous experience as a real estate agent.
She also served as development manager for the Boys and Girls Club.
Simon will work as a broker and Realtor at Chase’s Tahoe City office.
She has more than 25 years experience in real estate including working as a liaison between home developers, stakeholders, architects, and leasing partners.
