Carson City road report for Feb. 13-19, 2017

The following information applies to the period of Feb. 13-19:

Flood related maintenance is underway throughout the city. Drivers are asked to use caution near work crews.

Due to signal improvements, periodic road closures are planned at the intersection of Carson Street and Winnie Lane. Intermittent 10-minute delays are expected from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. weekdays.

Lane closures with traffic controls are at the following locations due to utility/road work:

Carson Street between William and Fifth streets will have possible lane restrictions from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. weekdays.

College Parkway between U.S. 50 and Sherman Lane will have one lane of travel from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. weekdays.

The intersection of Roop and Robinson streets will have traffic controls for signal improvements from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. weekdays.

Second Street between Harbin Avenue and Allouette Way will have traffic controls from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. weekdays.

U.S. 50 will have traffic controls from Sherman Lane to College Parkway from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays.

U.S. 395 between Old Clear Creek Road and Snyder Avenue will have the following lane closures:

A single northbound lane starting Wednesday at 2 p.m. to Thursday at 5 p.m.

A single southbound lane starting Wednesday at 8 p.m. to Thursday at 6 a.m.

U.S. 50 west of U.S. 395 will have a single east and westbound lane closure from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. Wednesday through Thursday.
