SVN | Gold Dust Commercial Associates expands staff

Amanda Lavi, Heather Collins, and Shawn Hand have joined the staff in the Reno commercial real estate office of SVN | Gold Dust Commercial Associates.

Lavi was hired as an advisor focusing on retail properties and tenant representation.

She previously served as research coordinator in the Reno office of Kidder Mathews and prior worked as a broker in a boutique commercial real estate firm in Portland, Ore. Lavi has nearly a decade of experience in the commercial real estate industry.

She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations with a minor in Communication Studies from Texas Tech University.

Collins was hired as marketing coordinator at SVN.

She previously served business/ marketing coordinator for the industrial team of Kidder Mathews Reno (formerly of NAI Alliance) from 2014-2017. Collins has more than eight years of experience in commercial real estate, including property management, commercial real estate contracts, leasing and sales, facility touring, marketing, and tenant and owner relations.

She attended the University of Nevada-Reno and Truckee Meadows Community College. She received her California Real Estate License in 2010 and is currently working to obtain her Nevada license.

Hand was hired as an advisor for SVN.

He previously worked at Clark Real Estate specializing in value add Investment opportunities. He also worked in corporate management for UPS.

Hand attended UNR.
