Community Associations Institute Nevada Chapter held its Annual Gala at The Smith Center on June 17.
Northern Nevada recipients were:
Ambassador of the Year: Dawn Osterode.
2016 Northern Nevada Outstanding Small Scale Association of the Year: Claridge Point Homeowners Association.
2016 Northern Nevada Portfolio Manager of the Year: Ryan Fields.
2016 Northern Nevada On Site Manager of the Year: Lorrie Olson.
2016 Northern Nevada Board Member of The Year: Marilyn Brainard.
The annual program honors HOA board members, CAI-Nevada Chapter volunteers, community association managers and management companies who exemplify high standards within the homeowner association industry.
