McKenzie Properties announced Wednesday the company has broken ground on the first speculative office project since 2008.
The office building at 5520 Kietzke Lane in the Mountainview Corporate Center will be four stories, totaling 40,000 square feet. The Class A building is part of a master planned business park, situated on a 2-acre parcel. It will feature customized floor plans with generous tenant improvement allowances. Two of the floors feature balconies and the lobby will offer guest Internet and a digital directory.
