The grand opening event at Rancharrah June 10 proved to be an incredible success with over 2,000 in attendance. Guests toured the historical grounds by way of horse-drawn carriages and enjoyed incredible food, live music, games and wonderful weather. All 44 of the custom homesites made available in the first release have now been reserved. "The success of the Rancharrah Grand Opening event confirms the excitement and reverence our community holds for the re-imagining of this historic property,” Chip Bowlby, managing partner at Reno Land Inc., said in a press release. “We congratulate those who have already reserved their piece of history at Rancharrah and welcome others to join The Club at Rancharrah to await the exciting releases of our semi-custom homes and condominium homes." The Club at Rancharrah members were given the first option to purchase real estate before the general public. Twenty-eight homesites were reserved by members prior to the grand opening with the remaining 16 sites being reserved the day of the event. Additional real estate offerings of semi-custom homes  and condominiums will be released later this summer. The Club at Rancharrah has 75 percent of the 250 non-resident memberships already reserved.
