Carson City health inspections for March 17, 2017

Carson City Health Department’s food-service inspections for March 17. All scores are on a 100-point scale, with points deducted depending on the severity of violations:

Bully’s, 3530 N. Carson St., scored 100 points.

One Stop Food Mart, 3150 E. Nye Lane, 100 points.

Shoe Tree Brewing, 1496 Old Hot Springs Road, 100 points.

U.S. Submarine Base, 1894 E. Highway 50, Suite 10, 100 points.

Round Table Pizza, 3325 Retail Drive, Suite 110-115, 99 points. Kitchen utensils were being improperly stored.

Taqueria Uruapan, 4601 Goni Road, Suite A, 98 points. The exhaust hood baffles and the wall behind the main stove needed to be cleaned.

Jimmy John’s, 2329 N. Carson St., 95 points. Employee drink cups were being stored on top of the ice machine without lids and straws.

Grandma Hattie’s, 2811 S. Carson St., 88 points. Chlorine residual was missing from the final rinse cycle of the low-temperature dishwasher, corrected on site. The employee hand wash sink wasn’t easily accessible, corrected on site. An inadequate amount of chlorine residual was found in two sanitizer buckets, corrected on site. Liquid soap was missing from the employee hand wash sink.
