Carson City is nationally considered a bike-friendly community, based off of it’s scenic trails, engagement, and education according to The League of American Bicyclists.
Since May is National Bike Month, Carson City’s bike culture gives many locals and businesses a great excuse to go outside and take a ride while supporting the cause.
Thanks to Carson City’s very own Muscle Powered, the community can get in on the fun with upcoming hosted events.
The local organization promotes bicycle- and pedestrian-friendly infrastructure around town, including advocacy for accessibility, safety, and trail development.
This week’s Bike Month event kicks off this evening and other events are scheduled throughout the month. Pick your favorite route—or ride them all.
