West Street Market’s new counter-service organic eatery, The DeLuxe, is now officially open to the public. The restaurant offers a variety of flavors and dishes all from locally sourced meats and ingredients. Visitors can try out the new restaurant at the West Street Market Grand Opening Party on Thursday, June 1 from 6 to 8 p.m.
“The new menu is incredible, featuring nothing but high quality local and organic food,” local chef and owner Rich Selden said in a press release. “It’s a very unique experience, especially coupled with the very dynamic flavors that we have. Our food is very conscious towards people with dietary restrictions- everything at its base is vegan and gluten friendly, with customers given the option to add high quality meat if that’s what they want.”
The DeLuxe’s menu features everything from kimchi tacos with ginger beef to a unique line-up of wrapped hand salads served with tempura style sweet potato and eggplant fries. The counter-service style of the restaurant allows the food to go from the kitchen to the customer with no hassle.
