Allrise Financial Group has leased 5,500 square feet at 200 S. Virginia Street in Reno.
Allrise is a private, global marketplace lending platform offering borrowers and investors rapid financial solutions. It opened offices in California in 2014.
“We currently have seven employees in Reno, but plan to grow our team to 24,” said Musler. “We will be hiring loan processors, underwriters, accounting roles and client service positions,” said Darcy Musler, Marketing Specialist for Allrise.

Basin Street Properties, a developers, investors and managers of commercial properties headquartered in Reno, owns the building at 200 S. Virginia Street. Basin Street was represented in the transaction by Dominic Brunetti and Scott Shanks of Dickson Commercial Group.
