Q&D Construction Inc. wins NDOT contract

Q&D Construction Inc., won a contract with the Nevada Department of Transportation for pedestrian and ADA improvements on State Route 443 from Sun Valley Boulevard at 6th Avenue and Gepford Parkway and Skaggs Circle.
