Barrick Gold announced preliminary third quarter production of 1.24 million ounces of gold and 115 million pounds of copper.
It also released preliminary third quarter sales of 1.23 million ounces of gold and 107 million pounds of copper. The average market price for gold in the third quarter was $1,278 per ounce, while the average market price for copper was $2.88 per pound.
