Reno's Dermody Properties announced the completion of another project.
Dermody, a national real estate investment, development and management company specializing in acquisitions and development of logistics real estate, recently completed Phase 1 of LogistiCenter at Dallas, a two-building industrial park located on a 61.725-acre site in south Dallas at Bonnie View Road and Logistics Drive near Interstate 20. Phase 1 of the industrial park includes a 626,439-square-foot distribution center that is expandable to 1.1 million square feet.
The Class A distribution facility, which is expandable to 1.1 million square feet, features 36-foot clear height, 111 loading docks, four drive-in-doors, 262 car parking stalls and 136 trailer stalls.
Dave Anderson, Nathan Lawrence and Krista Raymond of CBRE are the brokers marketing the facility on behalf of Dermody Properties. Alliance Architects provided architectural services, and MYCON General Contractors served as the general contractors on the project.
“We are pleased to deliver this quality project that is located in one of the fastest growing submarkets in the warehouse/distribution sector here in North Texas,” said John Riggins, vice president of office and industrial services, MYCON. “These mega projects continue to require fast-track execution of sustainable building design elements and lean construction techniques.
