National Council of Juvenile and Family Court Judges

David B. Katz, a judge on the Superior Court, Family Division, Essex County in Newark, N.J., has been elected to the Board of Directors for the National Council of Juvenile and Family Court Judges. Along with his duties as a board director, he is also the NCJFCJ’s vice chair of the Family Violence and Domestic Relations Advisory Committee, and a member of the Curriculum Development and Legislative Committees.
