The Entrepreneurs’ Organization of Reno-Tahoe (EO) and Reno + Sparks Chamber of Commerce announced will launch of the EO Accelerator Program. This new partnership will support entrepreneurial growth within the northern Nevada community and will be introduced by City of Reno Mayor Hillary Schieve Wednesday, Sept. 20th at 5 p.m. at the Edge Nightclub inside the Peppermill Resort Hotel at 2707 S Virginia Street. EO Accelerator aims to empower entrepreneurs with the tools, accountability and community to aggressively grow and master their business. The program is aimed at providing the tools to grow businesses to more than $1 million in annual sales and to build business owners into better entrepreneurs and leaders. The program not only provides structured educational curriculum, but also allows participants to network and benefit from the influence of other successful entrepreneurs. “We are pleased to announce this new partnership aimed to foster entrepreneurial growth within our community,” said Tilio Lagatta, managing member of Blackfire Real Estate Investors and EO Reno Tahoe Chapter President. “As a first-stage entrepreneur, you face new challenges every day. Whether it’s determining how you’re going to fill the rush of new orders, deciding how you’re going to penetrate new markets or figuring out how you’re going to make payroll, it seems at times you find yourself wishing you had an instruction manual for your business and we are here to help.” The EO Accelerator program is currently operational in more than 50 cities worldwide. A maximum of 30 participants will be selected from northern Nevada to participate. Participants must be the owner or founder of an operating business with gross yearly revenues between $250,000 and $1,000,000. The program is now accepting applicants.
