Heather Goldman, co-founder and CEO of real estate technology company Capstack, will talk about "The Tech Effect: Commercial Real Estate" during a lunch meeting Wednesday, Sept. 20, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Atlantis Hotel & Casino.
Commercial Real Estate (CRE) assets have always been local, but capital and partners are national or global. CRE technology is reconciling this dichotomy by enabling the commercial real estate professional to expand their network and create efficiency in the deal flow. Goldman will address the CRE tech landscape, how technology has already impacted the industry and where it will continue to impact brokers' deal flow.
The meeting is hosted by CREW of Northern Nevada and open to the public. Cost is $25 for CREW members and $35 for nonmembers. AT-the-door registrations are charged an additional $15 per person.
