Helix is proud to offer electrical services for commercial, industrial, and residential projects of all sizes. Comprised of talented electricians and experienced leadership, Helix can help bring your vision to fruition. NNBW: What are some of the key things your business does to ensure premium levels of customer service?

Fuchs: At Helix, our mission is to deliver consistently powerful results by bringing passion, partnership, and pride to every project and by building strong relationships with our clients based on honesty, trust, and reliability. Not only are our clients a priority, but so are our team members. We ensure that each employee is given the education and opportunities necessary to succeed, which in turn is showcased on the projects delivered. Our team of highly skilled, hard-working, and supportive people coupled with our commitment to provide top quality work is what sets us apart.

NNBW: What makes northern Nevada such a great place to own and operate a business?

Fuchs: Since opening our Reno office in 2017, Helix has received ample support from the northern Nevada business community. The sense of camaraderie in this region is astounding and it has provided great opportunities and helped foster lasting relationships between our company and clients, trade partners and community leaders. As an electrical contractor, we have been fortunate to play a part in the growth and development that northern Nevada has experienced over the past four years. We are looking forward to continuing down that path of growth, helping expand the offerings available to residents and increasing our impact on this incredible community that we get to call home.

NNBW: As a local business owner, why do you feel it’s important to give back to the community?

Fuchs: At Helix, we prioritize philanthropic giving and being an active member of the community. It is important that we remain a pillar of support, offering donations and aid when possible to organizations that are making a difference. In northern Nevada, there are many people, businesses and nonprofits doing what they can to help those in need, which has been inspiring to our team. Over the past four years, we have participated in events and fundraisers such as Toys for Tots, food drives with the Food Bank of Northern Nevada, holidays programs for the Boys and Girls Club, clothing drives for Big Brothers Big Sisters and more. Giving back is not only important to leadership at Helix, but it is important to our team as well. This is a wonderful community to live and work in and as a local business, it is important that we do our part in making it a great place for others.
