ArchCrest Commercial Partners on April 13 announced the addition of Melanie Stewart to the firm as Transaction and Marketing Coordinator.
In the role, Stewart will assist the commercial leasing and sales teams with transaction management, administrative duties and marketing efforts.
“We are very excited to bring Melanie onto the ArchCrest team. Her unique experience in both commercial development and project management as well as luxury real estate administration and marketing gives our company a strategic advantage,” Kevin Annis, ArchCrest Commercial Partners Broker and Principal, said in a statement. “She will be instrumental in all elements of our marketing and administration efforts and will allow us to implement new marketing strategies, increase our exposure and provide and even better level of service to our clients.”
According to an April 13 press release, Stewart has worked in the Lake Tahoe and Reno real estate market for the past 17 years, during which she’s focused on luxury real estate, including developing the luxury program for a prominent regional firm, among other accomplishments.
Stewart’s background also includes working with local leading developers as a project manager on numerous multimillion-dollar multi-family projects in the Reno and Carson areas.
