RED Development recently announced two new tenants for the Outlets at Legends mall in Sparks: Charming Charlie and Five Below.
Charming Charlie opened this spring between Lane Bryant and Off Broadway Shoe Warehouse, according to a July 21 press release. The 5,331-square-foot space offers guests an array of women’s apparel, fashion accessories, beauty, gifts and more.
“Outlets at Legends has a thoughtfully curated portfolio of strong brands — it just seemed like a perfect fit for Charming Charlie,” Steve Lovell, president of Charming Charlie, said in a statement.
Five Below, a retailer that offers trendy products for tweens and teens, plans to open on-property in late fall in a 9,964-square-foot space adjacent to Volcom, according to RED Development.
“Greater Reno is a new market for Five Below and Outlets at Legends will be our third future store in the region in late 2021,” Christina Hernandez, real estate manager for Five Below, said in a statement. “Outlets at Legends provides an impressive lineup of preferred national co-tenants with a strong super regional draw.”
The announcements come not long after home décor store Art Box Home Décor joined the property in fall 2020 by opening a 4,710-square-foot space.
“We chose Outlets at Legends … because of the location, upkeep of the property and the initiative the property takes in marketing not just the mall, but the tenants and all they have to offer,” Art Box owner Laura McLemore said in a statement.
