Ballpark Lane Executive Offices reaches 50% occupancy

Ballpark Lane Executive Offices, the executive Class A office space that occupies 15,000 square feet on the 15th floor of the Basin Street Properties-owned building at 300 E. 2nd St., recently surpassed 50% occupancy.

To celebrate the milestone, Basin Street hosted a grand opening event with business leaders and community members on July 13.

“From all of us at Ballpark Lane Executive Offices, we want to say thank you to our wonderful clients and the supportive members of the business community that attended the grand opening,” Pamela Pierson, Office Manager of Ballpark Lane, said in a statement. “It’s rewarding to hear the positive feedback about the offices and it’s exciting to see the buzz about Ballpark Lane growing.”

Mike Kazmierski, President and CEO of the Economic Development Authority of Nevada, and Alex Stettinski, Executive Director of the Downtown Reno Partnership, were among those in attendance.

“Mike and Alex are tireless advocates for Reno, and their teams are helping deliver a thriving community and successful businesses to downtown Reno,” Mike Rossman, Executive Director of Ballpark Lane, said in a statement.

Ballpark Lane — which officially opened for pre-leasing in March — offers 34 suites of varying sizes, in addition to large and small conference rooms; all offices are equipped with multiple hand sanitizing stations and are COVID-compliant.
