Colliers Reno this month announced Landon Gonzalez and Casey Scott, CCIM, recently achieved the title of Vice President, a designation awarded to brokers with five or more years of experience and consistently high transaction volumes. According to a Nov. 17 press release, Scott is integrally involved in the Reno/Sparks business community and is the current President of the Northern Nevada CCIM chapter.
Casey Scott
Prior to joining Colliers in 2015, he was a retail associate with Coldwell Banker Commercial after spending nine years in the retail automotive industry. With eight years of commercial real estate brokerage experience, he has been involved in 174 transactions, consisting of 3,195,847 square feet of real estate, and $206,370,220 in total lease and sale value. Gonzalez, who is a member of both NAIOP (National Association for Industrial and Office Parks) and YPN (Young Professionals Network), joined Colliers in 2016 after earning his bachelor’s degree in business administration and finance from the University of Nevada, Reno.
With six years of commercial real estate brokerage experience, he has been involved in 275 transactions, consisting of 1,087,404 square feet of real estate and $80,525,991 in total lease and sale value.
