Colliers Reno recently expanded its retail team with the addition of Steve Holm as a Senior Vice President.
Holm specializes in the acquisition and disposition of retail assets for institutional and private capital clients while also helping national retail tenants find space to lease, according to a Dec. 9 press release.
He has been active in commercial real estate since 2004 and has been involved in more than $300 million of retail asset sales across the Western U.S.
“I’m very excited to join Colliers in such a high-growth market,” Holm said in a statement. “The Reno market is undergoing an enormous surge with jobs being added at an all-time high. The market’s retail footprint is growing rapidly, and the single family and multifamily markets are seeing pricing increases and rental growth at an incredible rate.
“I look forward to assisting clients in this exciting high-growth market.”
Previously, Holm was a leasing specialist at Staubach Retail, an investment sales broker at Cassidy Turley and a partner at Capital Pacific. Also an experienced retail business owner, Steve has opened four brick and mortar Yoga Flow SF studios in San Francisco and Walnut Creek since 2012, according to the release.
“We are excited to have Steve join the Colliers team,” Colliers Regional Managing Director Randy Dixon added. “Steve’s extensive background and experience, analytic skills, and just being a great person are a huge add to our strong retail team.”
