Reno-based web development company BDG Web Design recently purchased its headquarters at 243 Stewart St.

Nevada State Development Corporation assisted with financing by way of a low-interest SBA 504 loan on the $537,563 transaction in conjunction with Meadows Bank.

Owned and managed by Brandon Gottier and Morgan Gottier, BDG Web Design is looking to expand from its current client base of 250 up to 300 by the end of 2022, according to a Dec. 16 press release from NSDC.

“This purchase will play a big role in helping to achieve that goal,” Brandon Gottier said in a statement. “We’re excited about wrapping up the purchase and could not be more pleased with the entire loan process.”

Founded in 2008, BDG Web Design has accrued a wide range of key customers over the years, including Dingle, Know My Well, Nevada Diabetes Association, Mari Chuy’s, 295 Ca- bling, Overhead Door Company of Sierra Nevada Reno, Converse Consultants, OneRuf Services, Financial Fit Employees, and Silver Screen Printing, among others.

“It was nothing but a pleasure to work with Brandon and Morgan,” Sandy Gordon, vice president/business development officer with NSDC, said in a statement. “We’re confident that buying their own property will help their business take control of its own destiny moving forward.”
