Armon began his commercial real estate career at Grubb and Ellis; he later founded and served as President of Trinity Commercial Real Estate — which was acquired by Cushman & Wakefield — where he ran the Northern Nevada operation as Managing Partner, according to a June 15 press release.
Highlights of his career the sale of the IGT Campus, the sale of the Crossroads Commerce Center and the S&S Activewear lease, three of the largest transactions in Nevada history.
“I’m very excited to join a well-established commercial real estate firm with a nationally significant brand in NAI,” Armon said in a statement. “The firm has a very strong history of success in the Northern Nevada market across multiple property types and our team’s addition will bolster the solutions provided to clients.”
Armon is a member of the Society of Industrial & Office Realtors (SIOR) and a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Nevada, Reno.
Machabee previously worked as an associate on the industrial brokerage team for Cushman & Wakefield. Machabee is also currently serving in the rank of Colonel for the U.S. Air Force.
In his position as a reservist, he holds the title of Emergency Preparedness Liaison Officer (EPLO) for the state of Nevada, where he coordinates military assistance between Nevada based military installations and state, local and tribal emergency managers in the event of a manmade or natural disaster.
Prior to becoming an EPLO, Machabee served as the 152nd Operations Group Commander at the Nevada Air National Guard in Reno.
“I have been familiar with NAI’s high level of experience in serving the Northern Nevada commercial real estate market for quite some time, and it’s an honor and a privilege to be part of the NAI Alliance team,” Machabee said in a statement.
Machabee holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Prescott, Arizona.
