Nominations are now under for the Northern Nevada Human Resources Association’s 14th annual Greater Reno-Tahoe Best Places To Work contest.
The deadline to nominate a business is April 9, according to Quantum Workforce, the survey partner for the NNHRA’s Best Places to Work Program.
After nominations close, a survey period opens from April 12 to May 14. Based on surveys completed by employees, businesses gain insight into several areas, such as employee engagement, leadership development, employee recognition, recruitment, manager involvement, and turnover and retention.
“NNHRA is proud to be the leader in providing Northern Nevada businesses with programs like these to educate and inspire the regions' workforce,” according to a Feb. 19 press release from NNHRA.
