Reno-based Plumas Bank announced recently that Matthew Baca has returned to the company as vice president, commercial loan officer after spending three years at the organization earlier in his career.
Baca, who has over 10 years of banking/lending experience, is responsible for originating and managing loan relationships for business clients throughout Northern Nevada, according to an Oct. 25 press release.“With over a decade of banking experience, Matt has a keen understanding of the Northern Nevada market and is skilled at finding unique ways to help business clients achieve their goals,” Plumas Bank Executive Vice President and Chief Banking Officer BJ North, said in a statement. “He is a great asset as we continue to expand and strengthen our presence in the Northern Nevada market. I look forward to his success as he makes a positive impact on the community and the bank.”Baca was raised in Reno and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Finance from UNLV. the addition of Diana Garcia as business advisor/branch manager of the Kings Beach office, where she will oversee all branch activities with a focus on business banking throughout the Lake Tahoe region.
Garcia has over 10 years of experience in banking, client relationship building and customer service. She most recently served as member service advisor for United Federal Credit Union in Reno, according to a press release.A California native, Garcia attended Monterey College of Law.
