Mark Hefner recently joined the Reno office of commercial real estate firm Marcus & Millichap in the role of Senior Director, Office & Industrial Division.
Hefner leads the firm’s national real estate advisory team, The Hefner Team, representing people, investors, companies and governments that own, lease and occupy all types of commercial real estate.
His charge at Marcus & Millichap is to expand its office and industrial market share in Sacramento and Reno, according to an Oct. 26 press release.
Hefner is a Sacramento native and holds Principal Broker licenses in California, Washington, Oregon and Nevada, serving clients for over 30 years in multiple markets.
Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Hefner ran MGO Realty Advisors, a national boutique real estate brokerage advisory firm based in Los Angeles. He held previous roles at Mohr Partners, Inc., Colliers International and Cushman & Wakefield, among other companies. He earned a B.A. from Stanford University.
