Nubbia Greninger
Greninger developed her passion for hospitality and culinary arts in Lima, Peru, where she was born and raised before moving to the Lake Tahoe area in 2008.
With more than 15 years of experience, Greninger honed her expertise working for companies like Northstar California, Tahoe Restaurant Group and the Ritz Carlton Lake Tahoe. Most recently, she served as director of food and beverage for Tahoe Mountain Club.
Both will help lead the private golf course and country club as it continues to undergo a $50 million renovation project that includes a transformation of the Club’s full-service clubhouse, multiple new dining options and a new meeting and event space, available to rent by the public.
