Reno-based firm KPS3 recently hired Shayna Gaedtke as human resources specialist.
Gaedtke will work with company managers on job openings, interviewing potential new hires, onboarding new staff and assisting employees with HR needs.
Prior to KPS3, Gaedtke worked in the HR departments at Atlantis Casino Resort Spa and John Ascuaga’s Nugget, according to an Aug. 24 press release.
Gaedtke has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources.
A creative at heart, Gaedtke also began a business called Dabblish in 2016. Her workshop collaborates with people and companies to build custom signage, unique artwork, corporate and personal gifts and more.
KPS3 also announced Aug. 26 the addition of Jena Esposito as public relations manager.
Esposito started her career at Renown Health, working in the areas of strategic communication, employee engagement, social media and media relations.
“Jena has jumped right into her role at KPS3 and we are thrilled to have her here,” Nicole Shearer, public relations director, said in a statement. “Her passion for communications and storytelling is undeniable, quickly presenting itself in her work. I know our clients will be excited about working with Jena and that her work will make a positive impact for them and for the agency.”
Esposito graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism.
