Dickson Commercial Group recently welcomed two new senior managers to the management team: Robert Herzog as Senior Multifamily Manager and Mark Stokes as Senior Property Manager.
Herzog joined the DCG team in May. He brings more than 11 years of onsite multifamily property management experience, according to a Sept. 2 press release. He also has experience in leasing, accounting, resident retention, marketing and property maintenance.
Stokes has a background in directing, planning and coordinating activities involved with general management and operations of real estate portfolios, land development and construction management, among other accomplishments.
DCG also announced Sept. 2 the additions of three others to the management team: Andrea Kaiser, Property Manager; Garrett Smith, Staff Accountant; and Carmela Curitti, Staff Accountant.
Kaiser has 10-plus years of experience in property management and administrative work. Prior to joining DCG, she worked for CBRE on several portfolios, with an emphasis on industrial and office. Kaiser grew up in Germany before calling Reno home in 2002.
Originating in the Los Angeles area, Smith has over 10 years of accounting experience, with a previous background in commercial real estate and property management accounting.
Curitti graduated from Hawaii Pacific University with a focus in accounting and
has over 15 years of accounting experience. She started her career at KONE Elevator and Escalator Honolulu.
