Dickson Commercial Group has announced the promotion of Kim Ferlingere from office administrator to director of operations.
Ferlingere has been in the real estate industry for 25 years and has been with DCG for six years. Her role has grown from an administrative role into larger operations responsibilities within the company. As director of operations, Ferlingere will contribute toward the development of strategic goals, compliance, staff development and company operations.
DCG has also hired Jason Hallahan to assist in administrative and marketing coordination. Hallahan graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno in 2020 with plans to build a career in commercial real estate.
