NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on
April 6, 2022, Petitioner and Personal
Representative, Dexter A. Phelps, by and
through his counsel of record, MARK A.
GOODMAN, ESQ., of GOODMAN LAW
CENTER, filed in this Court a First and Final
Account and Report, Petition for Approval of
Administrative Costs, Attorney’s Fees and
Costs, and for Final Distribution.
The Hearing on the First and Final Account
and Report has been set for May 11, 2022, at
10:00 a.m. All persons interested are notified
to appear and show cause why the Petition
should not be granted.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this
