In accordance with NRS 318, the Gardnerville Ranchos General Improvement District (GRGID) Board of Trustees adopted Resolution 22- 02 at their meeting on July 6, 2022; a Resolution Declaring Intention of the Board of Trustees to Sell Property at Auction. GRGID intends to sell the 0.56 acre +/- property located at 1389 Langley Drive, APN 1220-16- 810-075 at public auction to be held September 7, 2022 at their regular monthly meeting beginning at 5:00 p.m. at 931 Mitch Drive, Gardnerville, NV 89460.

The property to be sold is zoned as Single Family Residential, 1⁄2 acre. The minimum bid that will be accepted by the GRGID must meet the following:

Bids will be accepted until the close of Business 5:00 p.m. on September 7, 2022 at the District Office at 931 Mitch Drive, Gardnerville, NV 89460 at which time all sealed bids which have been received will be opened, in public session, examined and declared by the Board. The bid that is the highest must be finally accepted unless a higher oral bid is accepted or the Board rejects all bids. Any oral bid must exceed the highest written bid by at least 5%.
