Notice is hereby given that the undersigned,
and/or their respective trusts, are the
beneficiaries under a Transfer on Death Deed
executed by Georgina M. Affrunti (herein
Grantors) on the 23 day of April 2019, and that
the Grantor died on the 1st day of July, 2022,
and had a date of birth of the 6th day of August
1929, A creditor having a claim against the
Grantor or her estate must file a claim with the
undersigned at the address given below within
ninety (90) days after the first publication of this
notice.
